What Is A Bail Bond?

A bail bond, or surety bond, is a monetary guarantee the judge/court sets for a person who has been charged with a crime.

Instead of keeping you in jail until your court hearings & trial, a friend or relative can post the amount of money the judge requests (bail) as a “guarantee” that you will appear at your scheduled court appearances, hearings, trial, etc.

Most individuals do not have the total amount need for the bail bond. That’s where All Out Bail Bonds comes in to help.
